Veterans Affairs (VA) Mortgage Loan
Being Military, you have access to one of the most beneficial loan programs created. VA Mortgage Loans are available to eligible active duty, veterans, reservists, or family members. These service members can purchase a home with the loan amount up to $647,200 without putting any money down.
Additional benefits of this type of mortgage are no Private Mortgage Insurance and no down payment! We'll also pay a lender's credit towards your closing costs.
Military Loan Discount
When a singular member has a Military direct deposit he/she are eligible for a 0.50% loan rate discount on auto loans and personal loans.
This includes Active Duty, Reservists, Veterans, Retired Military, and their Dependents.
