Dear Members,
As we continue to feel the impact of the Coronavirus, we want to help keep you and your loved ones safe and informed. We sincerely hope that neither you nor anyone you know, is affected. We also want to ensure that you are aware of the options available to manage your finances and your Marine FCU account during this time.
We want to continue to focus our efforts to secure and protect your financial success. If you experience financial difficulties as a result of the pandemic, please contact us and, together, we will work toward a solution that will help you remain in control of your finances.

Read below for a list of changes we have temporarily made to help lessen the financial burden on our members during the pandemic.

If you are unable to make a mortgage payment due to the temporary hardship, please call the servicing team at 888.395.3997.
Ways To Gain Access To Additional Funds
We offer no payments for 60-days when you finance any of the loan options below.
- Personal Loan
- Auto Loan Refinances to lower your payment (from another bank or credit union)
- Home Equity Loans. We are also paying up to $400 towards your closing costs. In most cases, this covers the entire cost of closing.

Courtesy Pay Extra
Courtesy Pay Extra is an option for our members who have a checking account and don't want to have credit pulled to apply for a loan.
Courtesy Pay Extra covers day-to-day debit transactions if you overdraw your account. This means if you are checking out with your debit card and there are no funds available left in your checking account, instead of the transaction being declined, Marine Federal will strive to pay the extra at our discretion for a $35 fee.
You are still obligated to pay back the charge that was covered.
We can help those in our community who aren't currently members but need financial assistance.
As a credit union, we offer many low-rate loan options that could help give you some financial relief through the pandemic.
There are many ways to become a member, even if you don’t have a connection to the military. You can become a member through your affiliation with one of the many businesses and organizations in the communities we serve. Go here to see a list.
Becoming a member will give you full access to lower rates, free services, and all the products we offer.

We encourage you to use mobile options to conduct your day-to-day banking. Most transactions can be done through video banking, by phone, chat, at a Live Teller machine, at an ATM, or through Mobile and Online Banking, however, the branch locations below are open if you have a specific need. Face masks are recommended when you visit a branch.

- All branch locations are open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the exception of our Richlands branch.
- Our Richlands branch that is located inside Walmart is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
