Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity wanting to open an account. This is designed to aid the government in their fight against the function of terrorism and money laundering activities. When opening an account, Marine FCU requires your legal name, physical address, and date of birth, along with your driver's license or other identifying documents. Marine FCU has the right to refuse membership if we cannot verify the true identity of a person or entity.
