The base rate is the current market rate for 30 year fixed rate mortgages and requires the member to pay a 1% origination fee and all other buyer closing costs. The minimum credit score is 680. The rate may vary depending on each individual's credit history and underwriting factors. This product is only available in the following states: NC, VA, SC, GA and TX. Refinanced mortgages are not eligible for this product.
